Q. What area of the UK does CVM services cover?
A. We cover North/Central London and Hertfordshire area for the Property Locator, Property Development and Property Management. Any other services we can provide on a national basis.
Q. If I have a request how far in advance can I book your support?
A. Depends on the nature of the request, however the sooner we are aware of your request the sooner we can complete it.
Q. If I have an urgent last minute need can you help me?
A. Yes, we recommend you Call us so we will help you right away and try to come up with the solution as soon as possible.
Q. How long will it take for my request or enquiry to be re-called?
A. We will answer all email requests within 24 hours and return all calls within 1 hour.
Q. Who will I be talking to when I make an enquiry or request?
A. Your call will be connected through to a real person, who will assist you with whatever the enquiry or request you may have. We do not use an automated service.
Q. What are your trading/opening hours?
A. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Bank Holidays, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Q. What is the cost of your services?
A. Prices variety depending on the services you require, they start from £10 per hour for general services.
Q. What type of clients does your services cater for?
A. We support and cater for both individual people and corporate companies.
Q. Can you provide a "Personal Assistant" to support and work with an individuals itinerary?
A. Yes, we can allocate a senior member of our team to work/support the individual to make sure the itinerary runs smoothly, on time and completed.
Q. Can I set up an account or have a regular booking service?
A. Yes, we can set up a regional, national or international account which can be invoiced to you on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
Q. Can you arrange a special event?
A. Whatever the occassion, whether it be for a corporate event, an anniversary or birthday, we can arrange a tailored door to door service and make sure everything runs smoothly.
